Having built and sold Villas Del Rio (now Bermuda Palms Resort), Bermuda Landing, and on the verge of completing Bermuda Beach Resort, developer Chris Barenfanger envisions a project that will raise the value of the units. It will also provide our condo owners with the use of a reception and lobby area as well a small shopping center (Bermuda Plaza).

The new project will feature a two-story first class restaurant and lounge with swim up bar.
